I have a unique story. After looking for a good pre-owned Street Glide, Road Glide, or Road King, I was exhausted. I put almost 600 miles on my car driving all over Central, Eastern, and Northern Kentucky over the course of two full weekends. Everything was junk. Rusted. Dented. Damaged. Neglected. I happened to be driving home from looking at yet another misrepresented used bike, and went passed Bluegrass Harley Davidson. I called them on a whim, and I was told that they had a couple of bikes that might fit my needs. After a very short time, I rode off on a BEAUTIFUL 2010 Ultra Classic with 22,000 miles, as my family followed me home in my car. My first Harley!! While I was there, I was approved for a brand new 2019 Street Glide. I didn't pull the trigger because I wanted to make sure that the monthly payment would fit into our budget. My salesperson, Landon, was a rockstar!! Very polite and personable. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I think he was a little shocked when I rode my Ultra to the dealership the very next day to pick up my new Street Glide! Bluegrass gave me every penny I paid for the Ultra back in trade. The numbers were perfect. It needs to be said that Bluegrass Harley Davidson did what Man O' War Harley Davidson wouldn't or couldn't do. If you're in the market for a new or used bike, you should start your journey at Bluegrass Harley Davidson, and ask for Landon. He really cares about his customers, and he will go over your bike from front to back with you, making sure you know how everything works and functions. I truly couldn't be happier. I was very pleased by how the entire staff treated us, as this was a nerve wracking decision for me. First time buying a NEW bike and first time at a dealership. Landon made the process very simple and easy. Jason never pressured me into anything and explained my options thoroughly. We really felt at home and are proud we chose BGHD. Went in to make a parts purchase...Only waited 2 minutes to get waited on. Told them what I wanted....he got it for me and we talked about it a few minutes then I was out the door! He was very friendly and knowledgeable!!! Of course I will continue to make purchases there!!!

Stopped in to get a t-shirt and stretch my legs on my way to see family in North East Indiana. Didn't hardly get off my bike and was already greeted by an employee and making me feel extremely welcome and a valued customer. Todd and Warren were great showing me the place and taking the time to figure a deal even though I had told them I wasn't looking to trade. Hands down one of the better dealerships I've been too lately. Made you feel like they wanted your business. Whenever I do get ready to trade up, they will be top of the list.

Never bought a bike from a dealer before and Bluegrass made it a wonderful experience! I hate haggling and the process was simple and low-pressure. We came to terms on price and sealed the deal with no hassle. They make a big deal of a sale, too. Horns and noise makers, then a poker run around the facility. I met reps from each department and all were some of the most pleasant people I've dealt with in any retail atmosphere. My wife arrived near the end of the process and the Merchandise rep immediately asked her t-shirt size and brought my wife a free t-shirt. That's the kind of gesture that people remember; doesn't cost anything, but shows they care about their customers! I went back a week later to purchase a riding jacket and the merchandise rep on duty not only installed my armor pads but even offered to take the bag to my truck while I shopped for mirrors! These are just plain nice people who want the experience of owning a Harley to be rewarding and positive.

I took my Road King to Bluegrass Harley for new handlebars, new tires and some additional bling. The entire staff could not have been more professional. The care they took with my ride was extraordinary. Jon was the tech who worked on her and he really knows his stuff. He found an issue I was not aware of that needed to be addressed. Thank you for that. When I picked up the bike it was spotlessly detailed. She runs great and looks great as well. I dont care if youre 100 miles away from Bluegrass, you need to consider them for all your Harley needs. Kudos to Jeff Lee and his entire staff.
